Happy New Day!
Once a year, we remember to say “Happy New Year!” But why do we only rejoice once a year because of a simple new day that has come our way? Did we really accomplish anything of significance between Dec 31st and Jan 1st?
I’m NOT saying we shouldn’t rejoice, but le us remember what the Bible says:
“This is the day the Lord has made; Let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
Psalm 118:24
We should rejoice EVERY day. The Lord has given us one more day to help grow His Kingdom here on earth, we should use that day and be a witness for Him.
I challenge each of us this new year to use EVERY day for Him and help others seek Him.
Remember, Jesus said that:
“I have come that you may have life, and that you may have life more abundantly”. – John 10:10
