Psalm 23 – part 2

We often talk, as Christians, about our faith in the Lord to protect us and to carry us through. In fact, in many cases of extreme trials and especially in times of loss of family members, we often quote Psalm 23.

Comfort Food

I used to joke around that on days of great trouble, I wanted to eat “comfort food.” You know what I mean. It may be that you eat ice cream or chocolate when you get depressed or down about something.

This week I’ve struggled with trials and tribulations in my own life. Yesterday those troubles seemed to hit a boiling point. Satan was on the offensive and he was starting to get the best of me. My odds were slim to none…
